Now, I don’t talk about this much, but I’m one-thirteenth Chickasaw. In fact, some of my best friends are Indians. So I understand this issue in a way you Anglos don’t.

Thats funny! You dont know how many times i've told people that i'm indian and they respond with whatever % of native american indian they are. Then procede to ask me what tribe i'm from..
