To me I think there is something seriously dirty about celebrating a girl's 16th birthday in such ostentatious fashion. But if you are a famous football player why would you do a birthday party ? Doing a birthday party is kind of lame, like something some cheap clown would do. But it would be different if he was an entertainer or if he knew the family and he did it for free..

Maybe he is trying to show that he is tight with brown people ?

My mind is still reeling at the notion of being paid to hang out for two hours, but if we accept that as a given--whom would you pay $200,000 to hang out with you for two hours? And why waste it on photos the whole time? I would want someone who coul hold a fairly interesting conversation/dance/otherform of interaction for the two hours. But it's a tricky question, b/c you also have to guess whose time would go at the rate of $100,000/hour. (Let's put aside the fact that most people I'd be interested in would balk at the very idea.)

I'm thinking an author, a scientist, a filmmaker--someone I could really converse with--someone famous but not so rich that it wouldn't be worth their time, but famous enough that there'd be almost no chance of getting this opportunity "naturally." Or maybe a musician? I bet there are plenty of medium-big bands who would perform for a couple of hours for $200,000. Wow, I'm at a loss. For whom would this pricepoint make sense? Such a strange idea. . ..
